Jessica Glasner is an author and screenwriter. In her timeless classic World War Two series, The Seabirds Trilogy, Jessica’s love for both story and research shine.
Young and old alike agree that her lively characters, colorful settings, and laugh-out-loud vignettes display the goodness of God in the darkest moments of the past. Known for instilling hope, faith, and godly values through page-turning stories, inspiring tears and laughter, her books are those that are read over and over.
Jessica was born in Thousand Oaks, California. Her father is a second-generation American from a Jewish background whose grandparents immigrated from Austria and Russia and settled in New York. Her mother, a gentile, is a fourth-generation Texan. Jessica was homeschooled in the canyons of Malibu and graduated from Westmont College in 2010 Summa Cum Laude. In 2015, she received her Masters in Israel Studies from the Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem with High Honors on a full scholarship.
Jessica’s love for Yeshua and her passion for truth, justice, and human rights are the foundation for her stories. When she is not rushing to finish a writing deadline, you will find her somewhere in the wilderness, playing the piano, or singing folk songs with her sisters in the shadow of the Colorado Rockies.
